Average price for powdered mesc (US)

I am inexperienced with mescaline but have tried a long list of other psychedelics. I have come across 25g for $100. Im curious is that is about the market value. I’m sure there are lots of people who get larger quantities for less, but I don’t want to pass up this offer as I have been on the hunt for some time now. Is this price ridiculous? What questions should I be asking? I know 25g is plenty enough to trip hard hard. Is all powdered mescaline the same? Are different variations more favorable than others?
