MGSV keeps starting MGO and I can’t play tpp please help!!

Whenever I open mgsv, it won’t start tpp but instead mgo and I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it without the mgo game data but it’ll ask me to download it and when I ignore it, there would be a black screen and I tried looking it up but nothing works
