Verizon customer service in 2025.
I ordered this back in November for as a gift, I was told the store didn’t have the inventory and would need to order it but I would have it in a couple days.
It’s now January and still no phone, I can’t make changes nor add/upgrade lines due to this pending order. Brought it to the attention of support over the phone and was told it would be resolved within 1-2 business days and it’s been since December 20th, chat today said it can’t be dropped since it is in store pickup and no ticket can be created.
I’ve been to the store to get it cancelled and they said I have to go through customer support. Customer support says it will “automatically” drop off in three days. They then try to sell me an upgrade for the phone line I haven’t even had fulfilled yet.
