My car mat has gotten wrapped around my steering wheel stick and is NOT coming out.

I genuinely have no idea how this happens what?!?! Also I’m very low on gas so I’m very annoyed. Luckily I have a crappy yoga mat to use as a floor pad, a phone flashlight, and a mechanic for a mom :)
