UPDATE: Monster Creme Brûlée

In the last post, me and my friend reduced a can of peaches and cream to a syrup to mix in with some creme brûlée. This is the results! Also yes that’s just a regular blowtorch

My friend gave it an 8.7 out of 10 and I gave it an 8!

Overall, it came out looking and tasting really good, and the peach “syrup” definitely added something to it! We also had two regular creme brûlées to use as a control!

We ended up drizzling some more of the syrup on top and trying it too, and it was really good!

We both agreed that if we do this again we’d use way more syrup because the flavor was a bit weak at first
