Mooncat Base Coat and Top Coat?

Hey guys, I was wondering what you think of the Speed Demon Top Coat, Hardcore Base Coat, and the Getting Even Primer? I primarily use ILNP and Mooncat polishes. I'm wondering if it's best to use a Mooncat top and base with Mooncat polishes? I usually use Orly or sometimes Essie as a base and a finishing coat.
