New Single Dad…what’s lifting look like?!?

Odd question, I used the search bar to no avail.

I cannot leave my small children unattended. I work 8 hrs a day. They are in school during this time. I cannot wake up early and go to the gym (they are alone), I cannot go to the gym after they are asleep (they are alone). The end state is to build up a home gym. But what’s the space between here and there look like?
