What's a movie where a violent scene catched you totally off-guard?

There are some violent scenes in otherwise nonviolent or supposedly family friendly movies, ike Home Alone, but even a violent scene in a movie filled with them can catch you by surprise. I don't want to give away important info in the following example, so suffice to say that in a very violent movie called Inglourious Basterds, I was still surprised and kind of shocked by how certain events occurred, For example, let's say...the last scene featuring Diane Kruger's character.
