Need a really f*cked up horror movie recommendation

So I'm looking for a really fucked up horror movie. Body horror, supernatural horror, sex, gore, any/all of the above. Looking for a movie that will gross me out and make me cringe, but it has to be a well-written movie with an excellent plot/storyline. No 80s slashers or Terrifier, I've seen all that, and no B movies either. I'm really trying to find something special here, so hopefully you people of reddit can point me in the right direction with several recommendations.
