What's your favorite Nicolas Cage acting performance in a movie?

He is my all time favorite actor and I've seen a solid amount of his movies but not everything, what is your favorite role? Whether it's batshit crazy Nicolas Cage or more serious, awesome, cool, downright mad, amazing acting, whatever comes to mind or is your favorite!?? I know this has probably been posted before but I have some time this week to watch some movies and wanted to get some of your favorites with him in it, whether leading role or anything as long as he's in it.
