Clear my mom's suspicion

I am (18, m) in one of my friends homes in Powai. The friend is a girl and we've planned a sleepover along with one more guy and girl from our class (4 people). We study the same course in college. Being from a conservative family, my mom does not want me to stay in her home (even though her parents are chill with it). So now, my mom wants me back at the hostel even though I want to stay for the sleepover. My mom told me that she would call me sometime during the night to check for my whereabouts. If she finds out that I'm still in the sleepover, I would face repercussions. Is there any way to dodge the suspicions of my mom without ruining he sleepover??
