How can I be debt free ??

I (20M) live in Nagpur. I want to be debt free ASAP. Please tell me how should I get this done ? I need 10 lakh Rupees , I m comfortable with Loan scheme also. But the Cibil is zero and can't finance anything cause the age is 20 ): !
