Carlo - does it feel SO Italian?

I love this name for our baby, my husband is lukewarm. He thinks it screams Italian and we aren’t “Italian enough” to pull it off. I’m 1/4 Italian and my family participates in a lot of Italian American traditions. To me it feels like a pretty modern name that kind of gives you the “arlo” flow without being.. well.. Arlo. Honest opinions?!
