Best thing you've seen/heard/written on a DEOCS?

In the process of complaining about new leadership and how INSURV with the old regime was easier than normal in port working hours under the new, one fella said, "For those of you who don't know what INSURV is, it's when the Navy spends an insane amount of money to hide shit from the Navy." Or something to that effect. I still laugh about it.
