advice for a newbies routine ?
wondering what you guys think about the routine i have so far and if there are any gaps to fill, things i should fix, or that you recommend.
first i’ll just say that i have noticed some results so far. my boobs seem fuller, not looks wise but feeling wise. they are also so sore lately. it might be pms, but i’m still counting it as results because usually i don’t get any kind of pms symptoms, so i’m assuming it’s affecting my estrogen somehow.
so far i take 2 capsules of pantothenic acid every morning, along with 2 tablets of fenugreek and 2 tablets of msm. later on in the day i take 2 capsules of omega three’s and two capsules of msm. at lunchtime i take another 2 capsules of fenugreek. at supper time i take 2 capsules of fenugreek and 2 of msm. at night i take 2 capsules of b12. 1 capsule of D3 + calcium and finally 2 capsules of D3.
i’ve been following what each bottle says, but if there are different amounts of something that needs to be taken specifically to prompt breast enlargement, do let me know!

aside from supplements, i make sure to drink a lot of water, some soy and almond milk, a few teaspoons of bee pollen. i also massage my chest nightly with pumpkin seed oil with a bit of bio oil.
i’m going to get maca powder/supplements soon and vitamin C. i’m thinking of also getting iron and magnesium just for overall health as well. another thing i should add is that i’m not able to use a pump, just because i live in a judgmental household when it comes to this kind of thing. so i’m doing things that can be passed off for other health benefits.
i’ll probably post the same thing on breastnexus once i figure it out lol.
