okay this is random but did anyone else notice her nostrils

okay so i’ve noticed in literally all of her recent interviews when shes talking her nostrils flare up a lot, ive seen some other people talk about it too. maybe its just me but i feel like in the past interviews i watched when i was actually a fan, her nose never did that?? is it like a side effect of using drugs or is it her nose job? i swear it happens with like every other sentence she says
