Looking for a flatmate

Hi My friend (M28) is looking for someone to share an apartment with, to live in Nashua, Merrimack or Bedford. His budget is upto 1300 for my room. Start date 28th Jan or 1 week after/before works as he is joining Fidelity Investments. He is a recent graduate from John's Hopkins.

Any leads are appreciated. Also if there are suggestions on platforms where I can receive better response for this query that would be helpful as well. (I had posted on this subreddit few days back but did not get responses hence trying again)
