LF Hive advice

I haven't run Hive yet and I'm trying to gear up to get into one and at least contribute something. Would the gear I have be ok to at least get started? If not what should I look into upgrading first and to what? The gems will change and the Spear can change as well.

The next best weapon i have is a Syncretic Musket at 700 with distained infliction. Finisher also has Distained Infliction.
