Taking each franchise's all-time team with their best players, which franchises would compete for the best all-time?

Off the top of my head competing for the best, it'd probably be something along the lines of the Cowboys, Eagles, 49ers, Packers, Vikings, Steelers, Ravens, Patriots, Bills, Chiefs, Broncos, etc.
