Is there an app like ScreenZen for Windows?

I love ScreenZen. I barely even use Reddit on my phone anymore because of it. Regular screentime doesn't work for me because I know the password so I end up just unlocking my screentime, but that's not an option with ScreenZen. I can even stop myself from deleting the app or changing the settings so it's worked wonders.

Now I'm finding myself spending more time on my laptop and computer though to get around it. It's still less time than what I was spending on my phone, but not great nonetheless. So I'm wondering if there's any apps like it that will hard block you from going on certain sites. My main problem is using reddit too much. Preferably one that will let you on for a certain window of time, but then block you from using it afterwards like ScreenZen does. Thank you!
