Nurse Residency Project

I need smug ideas for a process improvement project for nurse residency.

“Find that rock in your shoe, that thing that really bothers you at work and come up with ways to change it!”

There are a lot of very real problems here that are well known yet fragile egos and personal crusades prevent any real progress or resolution. So instead of becoming invested as a non-stakeholder, please give me ideas to present.
