Never had a UTI and scared

I went to the ER out of fear of an infection, Got given a swab (2 cotton swabs in one) to test myself for BV, I was laying down and stuck it in what I thought was my vagina, turned out to be my urethra.. (did not notice till I finished the 30 seconds thing) it was super tight and once out I needed to pee so bad, it hurt only the first time I peed after that it didn’t hurt and there was no blood. My insurance just ran out so I told the ER nurse and she said I should be fine but she couldn’t give me antibiotics because it wasn’t allowed.

I’ve been drinking a lot of water, and my pee is transparent clear. I’ve been peeing more than often and having the need, ): I’ve never had a UTI so I don’t know what to look out for. I have health anxiety , and no insurance. Did a UTI home test strip came out negative for LEU and NIT but I seen that it isn’t always reliable.

Is there any advice as what to do? I don’t want a kidney infection and sepsis :( I’ve been trying to read stories on this because I feel so stupid for putting myself in this situation
