When I start streaming my entire PC restarts.

This has never happened to me before ever!! Yet it’s been happening to me a few times a day these past 2 days. I have a high end pc (5900x, 64GB ram, 1070, Tomahawk x570, 360mm Arctic AIO, Gen4 NVMe SSD, Corsair RM850x) yet my pc keeps on restarting. I thought it was SLOBS so I switched everything to OBS Studio and within seconds my entire PC restarted mid game. Sometimes I won’t even be streaming and it’ll restart. When I tried to run the encoding settings test for OBS, it restarted within seconds. I’ll just be watching a YouTube video and my pc will restart. I have no idea what is happening. Please help me.
