GIM missing gear

I am a member of a Group Ironman account group and recently I received a Tumeken’s shadow and I placed it in my group bank. The item had disappeared the next day when I logged on the item was missing. I put a trouble ticket into Jagex and they basically told me sucks to suck. When I’ve seen them returned items that disappeared for streamers. Hoping to gain some community support to raise awareness on this issue and see if i can get it resolved. In game name Gaitors Bchs.
