Paid for the Entire Tasking time?
Can someone help me understand how our hourly pay vs. "idle time" works? I'm working on Goldfish RAG, and I should have 3 hours of idle time to complete each task, but here is what my pay breakdown looks like. These are tough tasks that require uploading reference texts and multiple turns and they really do take me almost three hours. How can it be that I'm getting paid $30.00 for three hours of work when my hourly rate is $30.00
