Losing streak

I'm not sure i understand the matchmaking.
On ow1, i was diamond, and played mostly moira.
On ow2, i'm silver 2 while playing mostly moira, and i'm currently on a 10 loss streak ????
Is that because of the new matchmaking or is it just bad luck.
