Painting a new coat on stucco wall

Hello

I have a painted stucco wall (interior) that is green. Some paint chipped and I did touch ups with the same original paint and it was a big fail. The touch ups are lighter than the original, no matter how many layers I painted.

Now I will repaint the wall and was thinking of just doing one new full coat with a new can of paint.

Do I need to put primer if it’s the same Color that is already on the wall and I’m redoing the full wall? And do y’all think One coat should be enough? I’m a newbie painter if that’s not obvious ;)
