graphics card underperforming

^{so around 2 months ago my older gpu died out (1050 ti} i made a small budget like upgrade to an rx 6600. after installing everything and doing a format to clean my pc i launch multiple games. i see very low fps and poor performance in games i should be doing way better. for some examples im getting around 60 fps on battlefiled 1 on low settings which is absurd i can barely manage 65fps in a game like smite on low settings again.. i do not know what can be wrong i tried doing alot of different stuff messing up with the amd program changing up stuff back and forth and nothing could fix my gpu underperforming in titles. my specs are rx 6600 cpu is ryzen 5 1600 and i have 16g ram... i recently ran a bottleneck test and i saw that my cpu is not compatible with my gpu at all and it says about 26% bottleneck now i do not know if that is the real issue and maybe its something else. but something is holding back the gpu cause i should be seeing way better frames in games in 1080p the 6600 is a beast but i see no real change from my older gpu the 1050 ti if anyone could help me out i'd be real grateful.)
