Gaming PC underperforms and I don’t know what else it could be…

Old system: - i5 6500 - H170 Pro Gaming mobo - 32gb of Corsair vengeance ddr4 - gigabyte 3060 ti - 550w rosewill photon

New system: - Ryzen 7 7700X - msi b650-s WiFi - 32gb of Corsair vengeance ddr5 - gigabyte 3060ti (Same as before) - 750w Corsair 80 plus gold psu

I have the same monitor on both systems as well it’s 144hz and is 1440p I’m wanted to upgrade because my cpu seemed to be the bottleneck in my system and wanted to be able to run some games at 1440p with epic settings and still get a good frame rate.

After all the upgrades I haven’t seen a performance increase if anything it’s decreased which is pretty disappointing. I’ve looked at benchmarks with my gpu and cpu and they get much much higher performance than anything I get. I am at the point where I’ll do pretty much anything to get this figured out. I’ve done all the driver updates and asked ChatGPT a bunch but am at the end of my list of things to look at but maybe there’s something I’m missing. One thing I noticed was that I got the same performance being plugged into my motherboard with my display port as I did being plugged into the gpu which is really weird to me. If there’s other things I can run that would help diagnose this problem I’ll do them, thank you for any help or assistance given.

The first image is the performance I am getting on The Finals the second is on black ops 3 zombies.
