3 dead GPUs

Hello everyone, I have bought my PC in 2019 and since then gone through 3 GPUs. First one was a rtx2070 that lasted about 1.5 years. Second one was also a 2070 that lasted about 3.5 years. And the third one was a 6750xt that died after 6 months.

Am I just unlucky or could this have a deeper cause I would need to look into?
