Rtx 2060 super fan noise

Hey guys i just bought a used 2060 super and everythings fine with it temperatures are good too it never goes above 80 celsius but the fans are so loud i even hear it with headphones on what can i do to make it more quiet? The previous owner said that he repasted it but idk if thats true or that he did a good job maybe thats the problem?
