I just panicked bought a GPU on eBay

Didn’t realize it was shipping from china. Buyer wouldn’t cancel the order. What are the odds I get a fake gpu? Price seemed reasonable and seller had pictures of the box stating its new. It was a 4070 ti total came out to 845 dollars. Makes me suspicious he wouldn’t cancel as I requested cancellation immediately. Will eBay help me if this gpu is not legit?
