Questions about the Penn Foster High School Program
We are looking into the high school program for our daughter. She has had "issues" with attendance traditional high school, as well as public online school options.
My main questions so far:
- The website states that the cost of the program is $1,500. On the info page, it says that the program is 6 months. What happens if it takes her more than 6 months? Is that another $1,500? We will be transferring some classes in, so that will help.
- If she decides to go to college (probably a local tech school), will she have a problem getting financial aid with a Penn Foster diploma?
- Is this 100% on your own, or are there teacher that can help with material that you don't understand? If so, how easy is it to make an appointment with the teachers?
I'm sure I'll have other question, but this is a start.
