Xeggex does not send verification codes?

Hey frens,

I am trying to load up on PEP and would like to do it through Xeggex. I already signed up and logged in successfully for the first time. However, everytime I try to login now it requests a pin code from my email that I never get. I tried resending the code multiple times but still not working? Can I buy some directly from a wallet? Or another exchange?

On a side note, which wallet do you guys recommend? Can I send it to my ledger cold wallet?

Edit: I was able to finally finish setting up my account and enable 2FA.

New to the pond now, will finalise my wallet for my new purchase tmw!
