NCS exam - physical therapy

I took the NCS (neuro certification specialization) exam and felt nervous but prepared going in after doing very well in rehab knowledge practice exams and months of studying . I left the exam feeling like it was a real possibility I failed. I also heard they throw out 50 of the 200 questions which seems crazy to me as well.

I am just reaching out to see if most people feel this way- because it genuinely felt unnecessarily difficult.
