Ear piercings heal the worst! Is anyone else this way?

I have a total of 13 piercings. With 6 on my face, two chest, and 5 ear. Ive never had an issue with any of my facial piercings including my upper nostrils, and my chest piercings “healed” with only one hiccup. (It’s been less than a year since I wouldn’t consider them fully healed)

But my ears are another story! I CANNOT sleep without waking up and discovering that I have flipped and have smashed my ear into the pillow. I’ve had to give up on a total of 4 ear piercings because of this issue! (Waking up to it being swallowed, terrible pus drainage, ect)

Does anyone find their ears the hardest to heal? And those of you who are like me with healing but have full ear setups, how? 🥲
