Nipple piercings

I got my nipples pierced on the 13th of last month. I work at a warehouse so I’m required to carry boxes or totes and im very careful when I’m carrying those. I was wondering if there is any advice how to keep them even more safe. I’ve been looking for high impact sports bra and I can’t find them unless I buy them online and I’ve used these bandages called nexcare transparent dressing but it gave me a rash. Also I use wound wash sterile saline to clean it, 3 times one when I wake up, take a shower, and then go to work. My piercer did recommend me using bacetine spray which I won’t lie I did use. And last night only one side of a hole was bleeding but stopped. I’m afraid it’s migrating.
