Are my plants doing okay?

how are they doing? should i trim my monstera at all? what is that weird stick like growth on the monstera, is it okay? does my money tree look like it is doing alright?

i love my plants and they all seem like they are okay-ish but i want them to thrive! i am most worried about my monstera not growing much after having it for 3 years now and my money tree starting to curl up on some leaves.

the pothos got watered recently, the monstera last month and the money tree back in December/early January
