With PSN down, can we transfer Save game manually between PS5s?

It's been almost a 24-hrs and the PSN is still down, and while I appreciate the frantic behinds the scenes support likely going on to fix it, does anyone know:

Can we save a Save game (say Elden Ring) on one PS5 onto say USB drive and bring it to another PS5 and copy it over?

Same user account, same PSN account. Basically what the Cloud save permits already, but since not possible right now, anyone know if we can manually do it somehow?
