Littles and non human alters fronting in public

How do we handle this as our host is being heavily judged for this and it's being scrutinised publicly others make fun of us. Littles act child for obvious reasons and have meltdowns and our non human alters have to do vocals and quads sometimes and this leads to situations where we get bullied ):
