What are your favorite viable, off-meta mons for pokerogue?

I do mean truly off meta. Just any mons that are pretty under used, but you really like them because their passive, HA, and egg moves just make them crazy good starters.

So no fuecoco torch song, spriggatito whatever, or gen 1 or 3 starters, no legends or epics. No normalize skitty, skill link cloyster/heracross, fairy/heatran fusion. Gimme something that people don't really talk about.

My fave, a go to on almost any team:

Snivy with contrary and any of it's egg moves but flamethrower. It's already moderately known in other games, but they gave snivy some busted egg moves, and the stat boosts translate really well into pokerogue.
