Pregnancy no-nos that I break
So obviously there are things we shouldn't do, eat or drink when pregnant, but kinda want to do. I haven't had alcohol, easy since I didn't drink much in the first place. I don't drink coffee, but I used to have a lot of energy drinks and soda. I still occasionally have Coke Zero, and a deli breakfast from the grocery store when I work from my town office (wfh 3 days a week). Its warm and I usually nuke the crap out of it in the microwave before eating. What are some other things people have been doing/having when told not to?
EDIT: I live in NZ, so all dairy products are pasteurised here, no worries about nasty stuff. I did ask about it, because I love my charcuterie boards. Hadn't heard about the no hot showers thing. Imma keep doing those because I love hot showers _. But I am feeling very sad because my paranoid hubby probably won't let me eat nommy medium rare steak or premixed salads 😂. I have been wanting sushi, so maybe I'll have a cheeky sushi from this good place I know.
