bruised belly?

not after medical advice

hi all,

i’m 27 weeks pregnant and this morning whilst at my desk at work noticed a bruise like feeling on my belly above my belly button on the right side. it hurt enough i had to move and when i went and checked it there’s no bruise, but it feels like there is? is this normal or should i go get this checked out😂 like it’s not super painful but it’s obviously there it just looks completely fine
