Waiting until 12 weeks

We found out last week we are pregnant and got it confirmed by the doctor today. It's our first pregnancy and trying to keep to ourselves until the 12 week mark so we know everything is fine. We're both saying caveating everything with worry something might not be right with it or I might miscarry.... looking for advice on how you wait it out for 12 weeks before you get any more info on your baby or how you're doing.. . expect answer will just be that you wait, but any thoughts would be good
