Easier prenatals?

Currently taking the Nature made pills with DHA + Folic acid. I also used to take the nature made gummies with dha + folic acid + choline. Both of them make me very nauseous and give me bad headaches even if I take them with food. I’m in my second trimester so there’s not much that makes me nauseous anymore.

Does anyone have suggestions of prenatals that are easier on the body? Maybe some that are missing a few of the vitamins in nature made pills? I’m not sure what’s causing this.
