First trimester food ideas
Needing some ideas that I can tolerate eating. First trimester and nausea last all day. I'm having to make sure I eat small portions every couple of hours but I'm living off of eggs, toast, bagels, oatmeal, Honey Nut Cheerios. I'm not getting much protein but I'm just trying to survive over here. Any other ideas you were able to tolerate without making you more nauseous? Thanks!
