thumbs up...? lol

So my dad, like most parents, done this thing for years "so when are you having a baby?" Or if he saw me holding a baby say "that suits you" Not just to me, but like sister, SILs etc. You know what parents/older relatives are like right.... I messaged him today, his birthday, with a pic of the ultrasound saying happy birthday granpa from baby surname. I thought it would be a nice way to tell him. He literally responded with a thumbs up. That's it. Nothing more or less.

Does it seem like I've done something wrong? Maybe he is speechless. I dunno.
