No propane tanks?

Since 42.2, I can't find a single propane tank. I have cleared out every single garage, utility vehicle, shed, basement and cupboard in Rosewood, but not a single tank. I have even gone through the warehouses outside Muld, but they were full of metal bars and saw blades.

Is there any close to guaranteed spawn areas? Or areas highly likely to have tanks?
