2 wheeler menace / Need Help
There are a few things I will never understand. Need help
No helmets whatsoever. People will protect their elbows with helmets but not their heads.
Honking like anything and riding scooters like racers. Most of them don’t wait. Imagine you are stuck in a deadlock on the middle of the road because some idiot 4 wheeler decided to jump the red light, at this very moment, hundreds of 2 wheelers will join the party and add to the deadlock. Of course, the honking will not stop.
Why is this behaviour? I have seen many 2 wheelers not even stopping when the Traffic Police stops them.
What is the solution?
