Doha Bank Credit Card Blocked

Has anyone else had their Doha Bank Credit Card blocked due to security reasons? When I contacted the bank they are saying that I clicked a scam link on facebook which I know I didn’t and if ever I did I wouldn’t have entered any details or personal info. I appreciated the fact that they were able to detect the fraud without me getting charge but now they want me to pay for the replacement card since they claim that I clicked on a scam link 😖
